As a part of the Community Benefits Framework, Lawrence Heights residents are advocating for Affordable Housing Options outside of Subsidized Housing to be a component of revitalization.

While Affordable Home Ownership programs were discussed during the initial stages of revitalization, these programs haven’t yet been implemented. However, as Lawrence Heights undergoes Phases 2 and 3 of revitalization, there will be 130 affordable rental units available.
