Toronto Community Housing
Toronto Community Housing is the largest social housing provider in Canada, and owns/manages approximately 60,000 rental housing units in over 2,100 buildings across Toronto.
Lawrence Heights is one of TCHC’s largest neighbourhoods, and is currently undergoing a Revitalization project that will replace all TCHC units and build over 4,000 new market units.
Toronto Community Housing also provides Subsidized Housing options. This is referred to as Rent-Geared-to-Income (RGI) Housing, which is provided by the City of Toronto.
